Delete account
You can delete your account and all your data in two ways:
1. From the app (recommended)
- Open Puzzlr on your phone.
- Go to Settings (gear icon on Home).
- Scroll to Account and tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Account and all data are wiped immediately.
2. By email
If you can't access the app, email us at puzzlrhb@gmail.com from your registered email. Subject: Delete account. We process requests within 72 hours.
What gets deleted
- Your authentication account (email + OAuth provider).
- Registered puzzles, sessions, times, and ratings.
- Uploaded photos (boxes, finals, collages).
- Profile and preferences.
The public puzzle catalog (brands, names, barcodes) stays live so other collectors can keep finding them. Aggregated, anonymous usage data may remain in platform-wide metrics.
