1. Acceptance

By using Puzzlr you accept these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the application.

2. The application

Puzzlr is an application for logging your personal puzzle collection. It's offered as-is, without guarantees of continuous availability. We do our best to keep it working, but we can't promise it never fails.

3. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account and password secure. You're responsible for any content you upload (photos, notes, ratings).

4. User content

You keep all rights over your photos, notes and data. You grant us only the technical permission to store them and show them to you within the application.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use the app to upload illegal, offensive or rights-infringing content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this rule.

6. Paid plans

If we enable Pro subscriptions in the future, the specific terms will be communicated at the time of purchase. For now Puzzlr is free.

7. Modifications

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced inside the app. Continued use after a change implies acceptance.

8. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for data loss, though we run regular backups. We recommend you export your collection periodically from Settings → Data.
